If you are looking for spiritual encouragement after lockdown and during COVID restrictions, when many have felt isolated, then Saturday 5 September sees this year’s Refresh online event for women go live.

All the ingredients of previous Refresh events (good food, inspiring worship, stimulating teaching) will be there, so it just needs you to join in!

In order to make Refresh special, we are inviting the ladies from St James (and other churches in Carlisle) to join together via zoom, to enjoy and participate in Refresh together.

The schedule is as follows:

9.30am Coffee & chat via Zoom
10.00am-11.30am Refresh streamed via YouTube
11.45am – 12.30pm Discussion & prayer via Zoom
