Bishop’s Teaching Day: What is the Holy Spirit?

This teaching day is part of our programme for implementing the ‘God for All’ vision. Previous days have looked at the Gospel, The Bible, Prayer, Mission, The Church, The Kingdom of God, Evangelism, The Sermon on the Mount, The Old Testament, Discipleship, Humanity and Glory.
This year Bishop James will continue the ‘What is…?’ series with an in depth look at The Holy Spirit.
The day will last from 9.30a.m. to 2.30p.m. Its aim is to build confidence in the Christian faith, and it is intended to complement the teaching that already goes on so faithfully in our Parishes and Deaneries.
To give us some idea of numbers it would be very helpful if you could please register your interest, stating that you wish to attend the teaching day at St James by emailing or by telephoning the Bishop’s Office on: 017687 73430.
