St. James Cummersdale is the daughter church of St James Denton Holme.

Cummersdale is a mill village on the Western edge of Carlisle, situated high above the river Caldew. Although small, the village has its own school, church, pub and ballroom.
The growing fellowship at Cummersdale church is small, but very friendly and welcoming. Services follow the same theme as morning worship in Carlisle, but are more traditionally based.
