The PCC agreed recently to appoint Hyde Harrington to undertake feasibility studies, prepare drawings for Planning and Building Regulations Approval and send plans out to tender for the re-development of our premises on Denton Street. Hyde Harrington presented 3 optional layouts to the Denton Street Group for their consideration and they are currently incorporating further ideas presented to them and should be bringing back a further plan for our consideration shortly.
